The OPPOSITE of the ghetto, one of San Diego's finest locations, i.e. the suburbs. A lot of upscale houses, great community, and the most laid back people in the county. A lot of rich families live here, as the housing starts at around $500,000, at least where I live in Rancho Penasquitos.
North County San Diego is defintitely NOT the ghetto... ever heard of National City or Southeast SD?

Though considered rural, it is now home to many upper-class citizens in the ritzy area of Hillsdale, which contains neighborhoods such as Bermuda Run (home of the former Crosby golf tounrament) and Oak Valley. The more greasy, urbanesque type of people (commonly known in the south as "niggers") and everyday white trash reside in the southernmost part of the county, in the town of Cooleemee.
Due to lack of things to do, many citizens travel to the neighboring cities of Winston-Salem, Salisbury, and Statesville.

Get the Davie County mug.Cecil County is a redneck, white trash, beer guzzling chunk of small town USA. Rising Sun especially is known for their large KKK community, which might explain why there are probably 5 black kids in the entire school. Oddly enough, if you're white, you'll probably try to act "hood", because it's not okay to be black, but it's cool to act like it. Elkton is widely recognized for this, and if you're in the mood for any recreational drug use and/or prostitution, just head on down there... Hunting is also a big past time here, if you're really a cool kid, you might even wear you're camo gear to school. If you have a passion for good ole boy trucks with confederate flags on the back (if you're lucky you can spot one with gun racks too), or just thoroughly enjoy being a hillbilly, Ceciltucky is the place for you. Move here at your own risk, most people who live here never leave & continue to produce such classy offspring for generations to come.

- crimes consist of drugs, robbery and shootings
-Education consisting of :drop outs and 30% of high schoolers going to college ( i am obviously the 70% that is not in college
- road kill on every other street
-rare home for celebrities and movies
- mostly lower class and middle class but the occasional upper class.
-Teens are either overweight, too skinny or in shape
- regardless of curfew, kids stay out egging houses and being annoying
- the distance to travel to other counties is great
- it is easy to stay connected to fellow classmates and co-workers
- at night depending on where you stay, it is silent.
-Music and dancing is a big thing here.
-Everyone either wants to be a rapper or actor but you have a hand full that have real dreams
-Dirt Bikes, Four wheeler can be a problem to property
-Houses are either, foreclosed or for rent.
