The Djo Effect

A strange feeling of discomfort and agony that occurs when a piece of media (be it a song, a movie, a videogame, a book, etc.) that you are extremely fond of which was once relatively unknown to the general public suddenly becomes extremely mainstream via social media or some other means of publicity, thus kinda ruining the personal connection you had made with that piece of media.

Frank's Effect

a term describing an intriguing social phenomenon where an individual, like Mrs. Frank, unknowingly attracts unwanted attention, particularly from individuals expressing inappropriate familiarity. In workplace settings, Frank's presence seems to act as a magnet, drawing people to their desk, and or have them utter phrases like "That's my BOO Thang," despite lacking any genuine connection. Despite efforts to deter such interactions, Frank finds themselves continuously besieged, highlighting the challenge of maintaining boundaries and navigating social dynamics in environments where one's mere presence invites unwelcome attention.

This was coined after Matpat leaving Game Theory, and causing some other YouTubers to leave too.

Chi Effect

Short for the effect of @ChisAthenaeum on instagram. Chi is a wretched, impulsive, homicidal, and vile woman that gives off sexually to "romance induced" cannibalism, and modern day necrophilia. Chi is the human reincarnation of a succubus known for bringing bad omens into the lives of everyone around them, they practice dark magic of many kinds, selfishness is a key attribute for them, and they are a raging sociopath. Due to Chi being "attractive", they are able to seduce your usual man, woman, and species with ease, so victims of their ill intentions come quick. When you meet Chi, and nothing but bad luck starts to cloud your life right before your very own eyes, we like to call that the Chi Effect. There are reports of people slowly descending into madness after knowing them for a long period of time.
