Middle/Upper class or higher female human African-American woman complaining of services offered or rendered. Often driving a generic 5-10 year old Lexus; Kia and Cadillac can also be a preferred automobile, but any manufacturer can fall victim.

That woman waiting in front didn't like the quote I gave her to repair her car, even though I offered to comp her oil change this visit. Now, she's out front whispering to our other customers that we're responsible for her lack of vehicle maintenance.
