Lil pump is a stage name given to a "rapper" due to being caught backstage receiving pumps of male reproductive protein.
Alternatively, lil pump can be used to describe a person who engages in male homosexuality of 10 or more partners at once while pretending to be a musician.

Example 1: Lil pump just took 20 loads from some guys in the parking lot.
