When you are in a chair that can be raised or lowered, and need to think about something so you sink your chair down to the floor to better think about it. Thus sinking about it.

Sink Climber

A person originally from a bidet country (France, Italy, Spain etc.) now living in a country where there are no bidets in bathrooms and toilets.
