When something, someone, or someplace is fucking rediculous and nasty at the same time, usually referring to something amazingly sweet or cool.

Bob: Holy shit dude, that party was fucking redicanasty.
Bobbie: Yeah there was like fucking 10 kegs and naked chicks everywhere.
