Chest-Pop

The sound that you hear when you stretch your chest upwards. Most of the time, it will be painful but will feel good at the same time.

The causes are usually hunching or benching more weights than what you can lift.

After you have popped your chest, it takes about 6 or more hours until you can perform it again.

Take a soda can that is empty, lube it up nice and slick then slide it into your partners vagina/anus.
