A method of playing guitar that is not for the faint of heart or faint of tongue in which the player uses his or her tongue to pick notes on the guitar. In general, this method will not result in the guitar getting the shakes, cussing like a sailor, nor squirting.

Man, that front man for the blues band was very skilled in guitaralingus. His girlfriend must be very happy, but i hope he's insured, that's not covered on my PPO.

A person that is around but not typically liked and is incredibly lame. He usually is the person that wants everyone to calm down and not get too turnt and loves making sure all the girls get home safely. Ex. Someone plays a banger at a party and guitar bro changes the song to Jack Johnson.
