Lesmon is a genius when it comes to academics. He has good leadership skills and can speak publicly with confidence. He is very friendly, outgoing, and approachable. However, do not be fooled by this personality of his since hidden behind his friendliness is a huge pervert who is always down to fuck with the girls. He is not sensitive with the way he acts and often makes the women around him uncomfortable. He is not good at working in groups and is seen as lazy to an extent by his coworkers.

Lesson 

Something that is learned as long as the person still has a brain after learning the lesson.

They tied the guy to the tracks to teach him a lesson, but it was going to impossible for him to remember what lesson he just learned with no head.

They assassinated her husband to teach him a lesson, but they forgot to leave his brain intact to make the lesson stick when they shot him in the temple, making the lesson both as pointless and useless as a brain with a bullet lodged in it. Had they shot him in the face, he might have learned at least part of the lesson, and got his picture all over rotten.com in the process.
