A person who cannot go more than 20 minutes without a cigarette without fiending.

Cole was such a cig fiend, that ten minutes into his meeting he was fiending, and within five minutes after that was rolling around on the floor writhing in pain, and might have died if someone had not put a Marlboro Red in his mouth and lit if for him.

A phrase recently popularized by TikTok that refers to a person attacking/throwing shade at someone very similar to, or on the "same team" as them. This is derived from its original meaning: when an army fires upon its own forces.
