Typical guys here range from rich farmers to cute & preppy. The girls are the down to earth kind you want to take home to meet your parents. It’s the one school in Mississippi where you can find well rounded people who know how to party, but also enjoy the finer things in life.

Defining someone who looks awful and you regard them as hideous, this is how they are looking making them stand out. They probably think they look good but everyone else thinks of them as a “state”. This could also be someone been drunk at a party and falling over everywhere. It really is just describing someone who is showing lack of care to themselves or other people and wether they know it or not is something for them to figure out.
