When a Japanese person gets diarrhea. This is usually caused when eating too much food in Japan or which they are usually spicy or salty.

Other names include:
Ramen effect
Nagasaki fever
Teriyaki tummy disorder
Wasabi whoosh
or simply, jiarrhea.

Our Japanese friend has got another case of ramen effect, or Japanese diarrhea.
