null dot exception 

In the computer technolgy industry in the US, specifically, refering to anyone who is not an Indian National (see definition of 'dot').
"John, who works for Acme Engineering, is their null dot exception." - the implication here, being that Acme Engineering is populated predominantly by Indians (dots, not woowoo).
1.) mono-syllabic response to an utterance or information, indicating that the message preceding the "dot" was not quite as humorous or important as the one expressing it assumed;

2.) general expression of a lack of words.

Waiting for an Middle Eastern person and to finally come to the decision to purchase a product. Taking for ever and asking for the best deal five times in a row. Commonly found in retail sales.
" what are you doing? I'm dot watching he has been staring at the same phone for 45 minutes and asked if they come unlock. He also wants a good phone that's under $100."
