Trump v. CASA

The “fugitive” immigrant law based on the infamous Dred Scott v. Sanford, but for now currently for immigrants. Thanks to the fact that compliance to clear federal law thanks to our wonderfully wicked Supreme Court is region based, after a few more partisan federal judges are added to the bench there will be more regional based fugitive “whatever” laws and doctrines as partisan judges bend interpretations of law and precedent to fit their aims. Until the Supreme Court and President supersede federal judges entirely and decide to enforce whatever doctrines they want to federally.

Someone who doesn't do good for the people around them or under their power. They will usually spread lies about something major like COVID-19, believe in hoaxes and force laws upon others to get their way of things done, and is generally an asshole and an idiot blended together.
