Similar to Blue Balls being blue-nosed is the act of your nose edging you to sneeze, but denying you like an angry dom. Getting *so* close to that release but bein denied.

Person 1: "Hey bro, it's my allergy season."
Person 2: "Damn bro, that sucks"
Person 1: "Yeah man, Mother nature keeps Blue-Noseing me."
