quatro

euphemism for retard, named after Dan Quatro, Monroe County Legislature Republican Majority Leader, Rochester, NY, who uttered the word into a microphone as an insult to a Democratic legislator, and then refused to take personal responsibility for it when he was caught on audio and video tape during a legislative vote. He then wrote a letter of apology from all the GOP legislators, implying someone else did it. The disability rights and awareness groups came out of the woodwork to lecture the whole group for hours on political sensitivity and the use of the R-word.

quarters

A Bloody game in which 2 or more people try to stop a spinning quarter with one finger without it tipping and falling flat on the ground. The key to the game is to try to stop the coin while it's still spinning. Someone must spin the coin and the oppanate must try to stop if, if successful he can launch the coin at the person who spun it at his knuckles. When you play this game for a long time your knuckles will bleed unless your playing some weakling
