A person who only views social issues from their side and always tries to get all the attention for themselves and not the issue.
Ceci would not shut up about how the social injustice of racism negatively impacted her commute to work and how she has worked to make things better for everyone. She was viewed as a social "just us" glory whore by those she claimed to defend but refused to give a ride to on her way to work - she wouldn't let them in her car.

The act of being in charge of one’s life while still taking chances like the man with his member through a glory hole. The preferable side of the otherwise uncomfortable 2 person act of glory hole-ing.

A co-worker who is only out for glory and praise from management and on the road to glory is a complete asshole to everyone else.
Jim took the credit for my work again and the bosses bosses boss sent an "attaboy" email to the entire department again. Jim is such a glory hole!!
