A case manager is the mainstay in the healthcare or social services sector to get people back on the right track. They always put the common good before their own interests, even postponing their dates on a Sunday evening just so they can give their all the next day. People always treat them with reverence and respect, bowing down in their presence. Not all heroes wear a cape - case managers carry society on their backs. You can recognize the best of them by their crystal-clear blue eyes.
