This can only be called if you are already on the seat, and must be called before you stand up. The spot can be immediately taken if not called. They previous sitter though, can sit back down and call it before anyone else does if they forget. Not following these rules is very disrespectful.
Tim had the best spot while we were watchin The Office. He went to go to the bathroom and forgot to call "seatzie weatzies" so I took his spot.
