To provide testimony while questioning a witness. To present evidence witnesses have to respond to and which must be considered in the court record while asking witnesses questions. A way of introducing evidence or content and leading witness testimony in court while examining or cross-examining witnesses.

The defense lawyer was testifying in court by using questimony of witnesses.

questionable legality

A term coined and used by the RIAA when discussing items confiscated during one of their trademark "Piracy Raids" or when discussing music files on the personal computer of the defendant in one of their some 15,000 lawsuits against the general public. Often used with quotation marks.

1. 700+ CDs and DVDs of "questionable legality" were confiscated during the raid.
2. Her computer contained hundreds of MP3s of "questionable legality."

A comic book hipster kid who makes fun of hipster kids. Awkward with a bizarre sense of humor. Loves his clothes colours. Also works at a video game store in the mall. You cannot hang out with a kid like this without laughing. He comes up with great ideas on a minute to minute basis. Takes lots of care with his appearance, and does very well at it. Hopeless romantic. Also mixes and listens to TONS of music, including R&B, even though he is the whitest kid you know.
