An expression indicating extreme luck. Used most often in golf. The expression indicates that the intended recipient of the comment has more luck (often called Jam) than Hartley's, which is the second largest Jam making firm in the world and is most commonly found in Great Britain, America and Western Europe. This is a expression of disbelief.
