Bandana

Different colors can have different gang associations. If a girl is wearing a bandana on her wrists, it can mean her BF, lover, or homie is in prison.

Kim's boyfriend went upstate, she's been representing him by wearing his bandana around her wrist.

marching band drill

the pretty formations a band makes during their show. While doing these formations, the player must stay on the correct foot, with the beat, play the music correctly, and watch their drum major mess up. :)

Band high

A natural high that members in band receive while playing their instruments. This safe high is possible through excessive playing. The lack of oxygen that travels to your brain when playing causes a natural high. This is why band nerds/band geeks are loopy during and after band. There is also a pre-band high in which the band student is excited for the high and gets high on their own.

Note- Percussionists come with their own high, its just part of their personality.

Note 2-The band high is very obvious when various instruments are trying to reach high notes almost impossible to get.

The Band High:

Flute 1: Omg band, omg band, omg band! AHH! YAY FOR BAND!!!

Flute 2: AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! BAND! HA HA! I LOVE BAND! Isnt it Flipping awesome?

Flute 1: Duh it is! Watch me play this ultra high note!

marching band

1. Consisting of anywhere from 20-200 indivuduals, who are usually crazy, perverted, people.
2. Cult of band geeks
3. The "people" that take over the band hall and sit in it in the morning. When some random person walks past the band geeks reach out and say in creepy voices "Join us!"

5. On trips, ultimate hell breaks loose; what happens on the band bus stays on the band bus
6. Competitions are how a band geek spends his/her weekends from september until early november
7. Band camp=base of "One day at band camp stories;" consumes all of summer
8. Made up of the woodwind, brass, and percussion, and colorguard sections
9. Official sport
10. Many people marching in synchronized steps across a football field presenting a show of roughly 4 related tunes to an audience at a football game or judges at a competition
