Steve looked up from his set, a tool was standing next to him trying to engage conversation, but he ignored him and continued to work, the tool didn't take the hint and continued to stand there, waiting for an opportunity to vomit forth his "knowledge". It doesn't matter whether the weight is too heavy or too light, it is too much work to change it. gym, gym nod, weightlifting, free weights, nautilus, exercise, health club, body builder, muscles, bench press, cardio, biceps, triceps, squat, running, jogging
I have gotten out of my routine because I am so weight lazy. One day I'll do 15lb bicep curls, the next day I'll do 30lb curls because I'm too lazy to change the weights on the nautilus machine.
