The Bixby Law of Facebook Chats of BLFC is a law which states that before one can engage in sexual acts with another person, he or she must approve the act with any person he or she has ever Facebook chatted.

Person A: Did you hear that Harry shagged Samantha?
Person B: Jane is mad because she Facebook chats Harry.
Person A: I guess he didn't follow The Bixby Law of Facebook Chats.
