Spinxter

A previously unknown berf canal from which homosexuals can give birth, most commonly, to gerbils (one case of a ringing cell phone has been reported).

The Spinxter is located directly behind the taint. Commonly confused with sphincter, brown eye, chocolate starfish or rosebud.
