To split something, usually a person, in half with a blade.

"Robert Irvine sundowned the building in half."
"Raiden sundowned Monsoon, Mistral and Sundowner."

Soundo

This is London slang for asleep.It derives from the phrase "sound asleep" thus "Soundo". I think it is probably unique to London and maybe South east London in particular.

I rang you this afternoon and you never answered the phone? No mate I was soundo!

sundowning

Term given to the environmental phenomenon occurring at Oak Street Beach in Chicago, Illinois where at sunset the non-black beach patrons leave and are quickly replaced by black beach goers. The transition is subtle and, yet, profound. Occurs almost within 10 minutes of sunset with surprising accuracy.

The flip: "It's getting near 7pm and the sun's about to set, we should probably get going home"

Trojan: "Yeah, I've noticed the sundowning already"

The flip: "dude, the sun hasn't set yet"

Trojan: "I know, but its already getting a little dark outside"
