Pride 

The use Pride is now usally used in the LGBTQ+ community to say that we are proud of who we are. But the word Pride is still being used in writing and more with different or similar meanings, like being proud, not ashamed, and more.

The feeling of pride pulsed in her heart. I love going to Pride Parades!

Pride 

A feeling of independence and self worth in ones abilities to provide for themselves all the things that every other grown adult can, quite easily.

Absent more often than not in ex wives and "baby mamas".
