Politifetish 

An addiction, fetish, or love of putting politics into something that is enjoyable without them, an addiction of making anything and everything political.

Politischizo

A word for somebody with political delusions. Particularly someone who makes their political stance/views/fears their entire livelihood and personality.

A politischizo will usually speak of/post nothing but politics in their day-to-day lives and cannot hold a conversation without doing so.
