1. Individuals who rape children.
2. Terrorists from Pakistan who engage in violent activities within India.

That parimalam should go to jail for years.

A Tamil (Southern Indian) used to express contempt towards Pakistanis. The meaning is quite similar to "terrorist", "thief" and "liar." Perhaps one of the worst insults in the Tamil-Nadu language.

"Only a Parimalam would think of harming innocent lives."

This guy walked into the bathroom and gave me a nasty look. I tried to explain that it was the guy who just left but he didn't look convinced. He made me the porcelain pariah.
