Ga. (GUh), adj. Originating from the youth of South East Washington DC, It is the most creative yet simple term to refer to someone as dumb, retarded or a jackass. One will also make there hand into the shape of a pistol and point into the accused's face while using this termanology.
While strolling around town with acouple of buddies we happen to stumble upon some youth trying to get signatures for a school's funding project. Upon inquiry they were quick on the attack and soon joning on us. After our clothes were refered to as ashy and our shoes crusty, the assault was finished with them saying "You is ga son." "Son, you is ga like some shit." and pointing make believe pistols in our faces with thier hands.
