Mosh Pit Courtesy 

The gentlemanly and friendly attitude that exists within the violence of the mosh pits.

Whether you are in a fast paced circle pit, or a wall of death, or in the regular pits, you can be as violent and crazy as you like, but if you see somebody fall over (especially if it is a smaller guy or a lady), you do not hesitate to get them back on their feet.

This courtesy also applies in open pits when there is one on one moshing, and, even if you beat the crap out of the other guy, at the end of the song and the mosh breaks up, you give the guy you've just been pulverising a hug, and tell them well played.

v. When at a crowded rock show, it is the act of using the area cleared for a mosh pit in order to maneuver your way closer to the front while simultaneously mimicking a desire to 'mosh'.

Bro 2 ' Well, broseph. Why don't you use some mosh pit politicking to maneuver your way to the front of the venue so you can get a better view. You must act like you want to mosh, though. Otherwise dudes will know you're just trying get to the front, and they'll crush you!'

when at a party/school disco, two male teenage(often univited friends (best mates and loners) who arent getting into the party and generally have distain for the music played or hosts of the party, often by shouting "two man mosh pit!", start moshing and jumping into eachother violently for a brief period startling the people sitting on sofas singing to girls aloud.

"Hey Ed, why did we go to this girls party. The music sucks"
