An extreme version of hella. Used most often when something is totally awesome. Or when agreeing to do something totally awesome.

Dude 1: "Hey man wanna go smoke some of this dope new shit and watch an awesome movie."

Dude 2: "Hecka-hella"

"Man this is gonna be a hecka-hella ride"

"Damn that girl was hecka-hella in bed last night"
