Emos
Emo- short for an over emotional person.
Emo's are fun to make fun of.
Know for cutting themselves and crying a lot.They really need to get a life. Can be spotted due to black hair that covers one eye, black clothes, and black make-up(even on the males). Not to be mistaken for Scene kids.

emos are grunge or goth wannabes that cant get their own life. they cry to music that relates to their so called "problems"
they hang around in groups and do exactly the same as each other to be different from everyone else *cough cough* e.g if 1 emo lights up a fag they all light a fag at the same time and they cry and slit their wrists to music (1 emo band i can be bothered to think of is panic! at the disco) in groups us grunges like to call the-gay-emo-fuckers

1 beautifully sunny day two bisexual emo boys were strolling along the road. one said, "im feeling so depressed today." and runs into the road infront of a speeding car.
splat goes the emo. the other emo boy went home and put on some panic! at the disco and slit his wrists till he died cuz he was so fucking depressed.

Emos
Someone who is white, middle class -in my experience you do not get black emos- and quite intellegent. they have either black or dyed black hair. they come in varying degrees of hardcoreness from area to area; in my area an emo is just someone who is not a chav and not a nerd.
Emos attitude towards chavs: as emos are cleverer than chavs, they tend to treat them as lesser lifeforms.
some Emos also attend the sort of partieis that are thouht to be dodgy.

Emos
Emos are not Gothic at all, they don't dress up like Goths, they do not act like Goths, they do not talk like Goths, they don't listen to same music as Goths and they don't have the same hair style as Goths.
Emo stands for emotional and that is exactly what Emos are, there is no way of identifying them except if you see them cutting themself.
If you ever see a guy with black clothing and black hair, Immeditly think of Gothic people, not Emos.
