earworm

A song or tune that continues playing inside one's head, often to the intense annoyance of the particular head concerned. The song/tune will typically be of the hooky variety, making it easy to absorb and remember on just one or two hearings. Unfortunately for sufferers, it is often the most trite and irritating parasites (i.e. melodies) which attach to the host ear...

Etymology:

This was first coined, I believe, in Germany. The german translation is "Ohrwurm".

"Oh shit! I've got this earworm in my head and it's playing Kylie songs!"

Or, in German:

"Scheisse! Ich bin ein Ohrwurm!"

Eamon

Eamon is a guy who lives in his mind and has trust issues, he doesn't tell anyone his true feelings and no one knows about his true personality. You can never tell what Eamon is thinking and he always avoids sad topics like death and depression by smiling and changing the topic.

They're often seen wearing earpods and apple watches.
The marketeers dream, because they always buy the crap that marketeers promote.
Often copy "politically correct" opinions, but are not really into politics.

Colleague 2: he's that new earpod person at sales department.
Colleague 1: ah they've hired yet another earpod person?
Colleague 2: yeah looks like the new management is more concerned with image than intelligence.
