A complete prick, who spouts incomprehensible right wing garbage, and generally misses the point - a lot. Also has other known aliases, such as Vintage Claret; Firestarter; Bonham and Drill.

"To pull a Droopsy" would be to say something extremely right wing that made no sense. It may or may not have been intentional.
