It is a noise they make when begging for money in the USA It's a concoction of three different words #1 dollar, #2 beer, #3 cigarette but seeing how they are crackhead, paint huiffers who sniff airplane glue and do not have the capablity to enunciate a real word it comes out "Dollabeerette".
