Developers

When someone leaves their area, many are undecided about where they want to live, they've heard things about an area or knew somebody that moved there, and they thought about moving themselves. Someone who really wants a house in an area badly enough doesn't need a newly built house in a neighborhood that wasn't there 20 years ago, they're going to look for one anywhere they can find one, even if they have to dig a little bit deeper to find one. All developers really do is clear cut everything to make things quicker and easier for themselves and the people moving in from out of state, or out of town.

Developers never have the interest of the people from an area in mind, they have dollar signs in mind. Nothing else.

Hollywood developer

A new software developer joins your team. He is going to solve all the teams problems. Then just like in Hollywood, seconds before the explosion, he leaves the project. He is unharmed and doesn't even look back. The team is then left to deal with the shrapnel from the explosion he caused.

His new architecture sounds like something a Hollywood developer would propose.
Project Manager "Why is this going to take so much longer" Developer "We first need to clean up the shrapnel left by the Hollywood developer"

Over developed little bitch

An insult used in the work force that may be utilized in banter as long as no woman are present and the boss doesn't feel excluded. If woman are present the insult can backfire because the recipiant can easily tell you to watch it there by winning in banter. And if the boss feels like he is being excluded then he may take offense the the term because he is probably himself an over developed little bitch. Now if your boss happens to be a woman, well just disregard the later and quit that fucking job right away

The day my boss fired me he included himself in the banter, so I called him an over developed little bitch.
