A poor generic cheap device (often straight from china). They often boot with a screen saying 'welcome' and come with poor specs. Can be found on wish or aliexpress

Person 1: I got a new smartphone for only $50
Person 2: Yuck, is that a welcome device

Pokey Device

A stick shaped object used for various activities that involve poking. Pokey devices are often used to clear a clogged bowl or clean it of resin. Though not always used specifically in regards to marijuana use, pokey devices are also suitable for stoking a fire or loading a cannon.

"This bowl is clogged! Do you have a pokey device?"
