"Bootied" implies that the above mentioned hoe worked, twerked, and/or performed certain acts targeted specifically at development of the booty. In contrast, a "Big Booty Hoe" is simply a hoe of a larger breed. She may have launched out of the womb with a larger booty or she could have had a surplus of fast food coupons that were about to expire.
