This works especially well eggs and other absorbant foods. Best results occur after coking a steak or any other fancy foods. If you do not know what was previously cooked, don't worry, it will still turn out good 99% of the time. However, if the previous dish was burnt it will turnout bad 100% of the time. Seasoned plates do not work and are gross, needless to say.
