stingy ring

Hot, itchy asshole that results from incomplete ass wiping after dropping a bomb. Extremely common after the Hershey Squirts, and/or doing a lot of walking. Temporarily relieved by picking your ass, which in effect uses your underwear to get in a couple extra wipes (skids don't matter when in this condition). Vaseline can do wonders.

When at an amusement park and you use that shitty T.P. that is like newspaper and none of the shit from your ring sticks to it, then you go out and walk around for hours in the heat. You say to your buddy while picking your crack, "Man I have a Stingy Ring!"

A person who is very stingy about their herb, they never offer it to anybody (clearly defying stoner etiquette) however they are always there to bum a hit off ya whenever possible.Furthermore they are usually total dick weeds that are always very quiet and contemptuous to strangers, and are always making lame cliche remarks to every word a normal bystander says.
