Rolling Runs

The beer shits you get after a long night of drinking the greatest beer on the market, Rolling Rock premium beer. Much like the bottle, it has a definitive green color to it, and, like the beer shits you get from drinking bud light, it comes in waves of 2 to 3, maybe 4 trips to the bathroom. However, Rolling Runs has minimal/no odor, and that's a plus.

I drank too much Rolling Rock last night at that party, now I have the rolling runs.

The explosive, and sometimes satisfying, diarrhea one experiences after completing some form of running event, excluding short sprints. Side effects may include burning, itching, or destroyed anus, and/or required decommission of toilet and bathroom for an extended period of time

mf runs

Magic Find Runs.

A term used in Diablo 2 in which player(s) constantly make games, kill a particular monster(usually superunique or a boss), and make a new game in the hopes of finding "l33t itamz."

Players that do mf runs usually devote hours of time to it, often neglecting family, friends, school work, etc. These individuals neglect to exercise the ability to play cooperatively with others players, usually stealing drops from others when they do.

They don't get laid either.

He didn't answer the phone all day! He was probably jerking off while doing mf runs. What a bitch.

indian runs

Performed with at least four or more athletes jogging or running slowly one after the other around a track. Upon a signal, the last athlete sprints to the front of the line. As the athlete gets to the front, the coach signals again and the athlete that is now last sprints to the front. This continues for the duration of the run. To increase the intensity of the run, the coachc can reduce the time between signals or add more runners to the group.

Basketball players will perform indian runs to develop speed skills.
