A term used to describe a permanent, exaggerated facial scowl. This expression is often seen on people who have a reputation of being extremely arrogant and have a strong tendency to bully others in order to stroke their own ego. It is sometimes mistaken for a look of constipation.

Our first is resting smug face: someone who just looks smug unless they're trying to look another way, like angry or amused.
