This meaning comes from the ancient story about women getting soap on their loofas, a pseudonym for their "private parts," while showering in Deleware.

A faux-Sanskrit term used by the chronically memory-impaired to describe an esoteric act of yoga that they can't quite recall the name of, in the hope that a lay-person won't realise it's a ridiculous figment of their imagination.
