Lastai

Word spun by people from Nepal to describe the maximum of anything. The word is combined from the English word "Last" and Nepali expression of craziness, "aiii". It is still unknown of a person to first spin the word, but is believed to be first spoken by a comedy person. It can be used to denote any kind of expression, ranging from hotness of a girl to level of drunkenness or the amount of food or the quality of food taken. It is helpful for people who are bored and dont want to pronounce any real words which might lead to more boredom. The most interersting part of this word is that, it can denote the first or excellency or Last. It still remains as probably the most used word in Nepali language. While saying the word, a speaker is supposed to say the word Lastai and act like he just saw an alien with a twist of someone "pachaki hanning" from behind. This is mostly used by guys. for eg. Lastaiiiiiiiiiiii

That girl from last night bitched out, so I texted her saying " You are lastai joker".

You make me laugh, You are lastai comedy.
