gente Spanish for "people" + gentrification = gentefication; Michelada-drinking, college-going, newly-minted professional Latinos moving back home to over-priced transitional neighborhoods who move back 'home' only to find a new crop of (non-Latino) upwardly mobile gentrifiers, thus inducing an identity crisis

all this gentefication is getting out of control... my ma ain't gonna be able to stay here

The process of exterimninating the middle class and poor residents of a city due to high inflated real estate prices that will bring along wealthy yuppies into neighborhoods that were once blue collar middle collar class.

Real estate developers advertise certain neighborhoods as "trendy" in hopoe to bring in yuppies and drive out long time residents.

"My neighborhood is going through generification, all the the apartments are being made into luxury condominiums for the fuckin yuppies"

mentrification

When something once known as something made by or popular with women is suddenly taken over by men and essentially becomes something that women can't be interested in/partake in anymore. Then said thing will be vigorously protected by gatekeepers who will try and keep women out of it and will shun women still in the community. This can work in reverse with women also, which can be called Womanification.

Woman 1: Remember when Star Trek was something you and I would talk about in our living rooms over tea before all of this convention stuff came around?

Woman 2: I remember that quite clearly, now I can't even mention I like the show around other fans. Otherwise they'll bombard me with questions like "Who was the very first captions' mother's name????" rudely and expect me not to answer, and when I do they just insult me and call me a 'fake fan' anyways!

Woman 1: Damn, the Mentrification of Star Trek really hit hard huh?

Basically sexile, except on a massive level. When a couple is fucking in a room or space with lots of people (ex: hostels) to the point that everyone leaves in disgust. Similar to gentrification, except with sex. Happened to me the other day in Rome.

Jim: Hey Sally, why is everyone hanging out in the lobby? It's like 4 in the morning.
Sally: Some drunk fucks were banging in our room and no one wanted to hear them.
Jim: Damn, that's Gentrifuckation in action!

The purification of vent gases. Most often associated with odor removal in plumbing vent stacks or "stink pipes" by vent pipe filters.

The ventrification of all the schools in our district led to a decrease in greenhouse gas emissions.

The overall result was a cleaner odor free environment more conducive to a healthier and more enjoyable learning experience.

Ventrification

Ventrification is air purification specifically related to odor removal from plumbing or septic tank air vents. Most often associated with the odor elimination of vent stack gases by multi-stage zeocarbon filtration.

Many potential customers quickly drove away once after one whiff outside our seafood restaurant. After ventrification of our plumbing stacks we were able to breathe easier and our customer base doubled in less than a week.
