when you have large mouthfulls of any energy drink and you then react to the cafene/guarana hit with a slight twitch in the eye, neck, head or forearm.

I just sculled some(000000) and got a huge energy twitch in my eye so i know it's working.

Similar to a Irish Car Bomb or Sake Bomb, except with energy drinks instead of alcohol. Dropping a shot of 5-Hour Energy into a glass of Red Bull, then chugging until it is finished.
