This is a concept that can be applied in business and in life to overcome adversity and create solutions. Whenever your organization (or yourself) becomes complacent or things are slowing down, you add in urgency and diversity. Diversity in this concept means to change what you are doing or add 'diverse' things to your schedule. Urgency simply means to do and carry out these things with passion, haste, or importance.

Bro 1: Dude, why can't we get brothers to come out to the parties anymore? We have been having the same parties we always have, just with different themes. What's changed?

dover is a very rich, very white, very small suburb of boston where all of the boys play lax and smoke alot of pot and all of the girls do coke so they can stay thin enough to fit into their 500 dollar jeans every day. the girls are generally huge bitches but are hot enough to get away with it, and the boys wear only polo and vinyard vines but claim to be straight. all of these kids are really preppy and really stuck up. the high school is public, but it might as well be private because it has about a 99.9999% college acceptance rate and sends an unproportionate number of kids to ivy league school every year. even the houses that arent the size of hotels are worth millions of dollars because the town is located the perfect distance from the city. most peopel who live in dover have summer houses on the cape or in nantucket.

A politically correct way to say that a school, area, or environment is mostly black or Hispanic. It doesn't have to be 'diverse' at all, as in Montebello High School which is 97 percent Hispanic, but it is still called 'diverse'.

Compton is an extremely diverse area.
