Get the why do my posts always get declinedmug. Another word for gentrification, where they get enough people living somewhere to stab or shoot one another to move everybody out and buy the land cheap when it becomes a ghost town.
A lot of neighborhoods in Detroit and places like Detroit would have once been considered by some to be like what suburban areas are now, nice neighborhoods that had houses with lawns, outside of downtown and the business/commercial/industrial areas. The neighborhoods didnt really decline, they did get rid of a lot of people the same way they got rid of a lot of white people after World War 2 in the larger cities, and nothing and nobody replaced many of the people that left Detroit recently. A neighborhood that once was filled with Italians or Jews or another group might become a black neighborhood, but gentrification is the same no matter what the shade of skin of the people that live there, it is a human neighborhood.

Get the Harvard declined your callmug. Social decline, let’s say it’s spring break. A whole week you can spend chilling with your friends. You cant see your friends. One’s phone broke, you don’t know the other’s phone number, etc. You’re online friends are doing chores, on the plane, perhaps playing with their sibling, or you ran out of ideas to talk to them about.. but you still wanna talk to someone, yet you can’t. So you just play games and eat by yourself all day and do anything to keep yourself busy. You are socially declining and are turning into a hobbit.
Person 1: “Man, spring break was so fun!”
Person 2: “Yeah, I got a little bored though.”
Person 3: “i ate and slept and played video games all day. i was so socially declined.”

I showed him A classic song that everyone likes, but he’s musically declined, so he said he didn’t like it.
