Comes from the response of Jack Phillips, senior wireless officer on the RMS Titanic, to a message from Cyril Evans, wireless officer for the SS Californian, which was meant to notify him of ice dangers in the waters the Titanic was passing through. Phillips -- who was busy relaying a backlog of messages from the as-yet-intact Titanic's passengers through the wireless center at Cape Race, Newfoundland -- responded to the loud interruption with the phrase, "Shut up; I'm working Cape Race!" Get the Cape Catholic mug.A nearly abandoned town on the Atlantic Coast. Prior to the opening of the Confederation Bridge to PEI it was a booming town due to the ferry service running to PEI which provided many jobs for the people and helped its economy. When the bridge was finished and opened in 1997 the ferry service was shut down and over 600 people lost their jobs as a result. Faced with no jobs most people were forced to leave the town and find employment elsewhere. Most of the ferry terminal and wharf structures were dismantled as well as most of the buildings in the town except for a few which are slowly decaying. It is essentially a ghost town now except for the last holdouts, fishermen and a crumbling wharf and a few buildings left to tell of what once was.

Get the Cape Tormentine mug.To do Capecing, you must have a following of cult members who are brainwashed in to thinking everything you do is right, and must accuse other people of things then taunting them from it, but also at the same time act like you are supreme and doing no wrong, the main key to Capecing is to play a sport, act like you are the toughest dude around and instigate fights between other people.
